Where to start when Phoenix Wallet does not behave as expected.
Most issues fall into one of a few categories. Start with the closest match, then check the FAQ if the behaviour is not covered.
- Installation — the application will not install or will not launch.
- Payments — a payment is pending, failed or missing.
- Channels — Lightning capacity questions.
- Recovery — restoring a wallet from a recovery phrase.
- Connectivity — the wallet cannot reach the network.
