Connectivity problems

Phoenix needs a working internet connection to broadcast Bitcoin transactions and to reach the Lightning Network.

• Confirm the computer has general internet access.
• Check whether a firewall, VPN or corporate network is blocking outbound connections.
• Restart the application after restoring connectivity so it can resync.

Payments already broadcast to the Bitcoin network continue to propagate even if your wallet is temporarily offline.
